Oversee day-to-day operations of the PSW Resource Team across LHSC sites, including staffing and scheduling, human and material resources, workplace health, risk and utilization measures, and budget compliance. Build effective partnerships with clinical units, support PSWs in working to their full scope of practice, and lead improvement initiatives and change management.

Provide autonomous, full-scope nurse practitioner care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, and follow-up, while coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams. Lead or contribute to access and quality initiatives, patient education, research, program evaluation, and clinical teaching and mentorship.
