About the Role We are looking for a remote Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join the team. We’re setting the bar for asynchronous telemedicine to deliver a better experience for both patients and healthcare providers. What You’ll Do Deliver Virtual Care with Impact: Review patient-submitted medical histories through our intelligent, graded online platform and determine candidacy for treatment. Most consultations take under 5 minutes to complete. Support and Prescribe: If appropriate, issue prescriptions. If more information is needed, communicate directly with patients via our secure messaging platform. Collaborate Onsite with a Multidisciplinary Team: You’ll play a pivotal role in helping refine clinical workflows, ensuring we’re delivering seamless, high-quality care at scale. Improve Patient & Provider Experience: Work closely with our Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and co-design solutions that elevate healthcare delivery. Lend Your Clinical Expertise to Innovation: Contribute to new product launches and protocols as Phoenix expands into new conditions and offerings. What We Treat Today Our current focus includes health conditions such as: Erectile dysfunction Hair loss Weight loss Premature ejaculation Testosterone therapy Who You Are Bilingual in French and English Registered in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ), with eligibility for licensure in additional Canadian provinces (support available for the licensing process if needed) Technologically savvy with experience or comfort in digital care platforms. Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Able to respond to patient needs in a timely and empathetic manner. Passionate about improving the Canadian healthcare landscape. Curious, innovative, and excited to work cross-functionally with non-clinical teams. Previous experience in men’s health is a plus, but not required. What you’ll do

The Nurse Practitioner will review patient-submitted medical histories via an asynchronous platform to determine treatment candidacy and issue prescriptions. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine clinical workflows and improve the overall patient and provider experience.

Requirements

Candidates must be bilingual in French and English and registered in good standing with the OIIQ, with eligibility for licensure in other Canadian provinces. Proficiency with digital care platforms and a collaborative, innovative mindset are essential for this role.
