*Job Summary* Riverjoy Dental is looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! We are hiring to accommodate our expanding patient base and are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and creating a positive dental experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a friendly environment with a focus on patient comfort and quality service. *Duties* * Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing procedures to maintain optimal oral health of patients and manage Periodontal disease * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care * Assist with patient examinations by taking vital signs, radiographs and medical histories * Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with safety protocols * Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns professionally * Support pediatric patients by creating a welcoming environment and adapting techniques as necessary * Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow *What We Offer* * Paid lunch time * Paid uniforms * Paid professional registration fees * Paid vacation time * Botox allowance * Supportive and welcoming team environment *Requirements* * Applicants must be currently registered with the Alberta College of Dental Hygienists and be in good standing *Position Details* * 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday) * Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm * No evenings or weekends If you are looking for a positive workplace with excellent compensation and work-life balance, we would love to hear from you!
