Our team is committed to fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. *Summary* We are seeking an attentive, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The prime candidate is concerned about creating an environment suitable for the patient by building long lasting relationships and is well informed on not only aiding patients, but also educating them on their oral health. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our practice and enhancing patient satisfaction. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide service through comprehensive dental hygienic assessments including scaling, root planning, fluoride treatments and polishing. * Adhering to IPAC by maintaining sterilization procedures and strict control of infection * Educating patients on treatment plans preventative care and advising patients on oral techniques to ensure patient?s oral health remains consistent * Ensuring overall cleanliness for an environment comfortable for the team to work in and the patient to be treated in! * Taking x-rays and adhering to guidelines as required *Requirements* * Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing with the *College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)*. * Familiarity with the dental software 'Open Dental' is an asset * At least one year of experience is preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour Work Location: In person
