Our holistic approach addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients, providing a safe haven for transformation and growth. At our on-site child development centre, we nurture infants, babies and children from 0 - 6 through tailored parenting workshops and support for pregnant and parenting women. Our residential and outpatient services, coupled with continuing care, offer a continuum of support tailored to individual needs. With live-in and transitional housing options spanning seven sites across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all those in need. Serving women, children, and families across Ontario, our commitment to innovation and accessibility has made us a trailblazer in the field since our inception in 1983. Responsibilities include managing medications, responding to medical emergencies, and collaborating with an inter-disciplinary team to provide withdrawal management support.

Provides non-urgent primary care assessments for clients with substance use, mental health, and gambling concerns via in-person and telemedicine services. Leads the clinical nursing team by managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and professional development.

The Nurse Practitioner, Team Lead provides direct clinical assessments and consultations, promoting continuity of care for clients with substance use and mental health issues. The role also involves leadership responsibilities, including managing clinical operations and collaborating with interprofessional teams.
