Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Clinical Data Foundation (CDF) Program 📍 Location: Ontario, Canada – Hybrid (up to 3 days onsite, as required) ⏳ Contract Duration Key Requirements: Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience in electronic health-related projects. Mandatory public-sector experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR), requirements gathering, and documentation. Experience with business process modeling, use case modeling, data flow modeling, and business rules definition. Knowledge of project management concepts, including scope, risk, planning, and quality management. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills. Experience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), business cases, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Engage stakeholders and subject matter experts to define business needs. Lead meetings, manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Support EHR planning and change management activities. Develop business analysis documentation, processes, and best practices.

Requirements
