You will work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations using medical terminology accurately. * Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing your hospital experience and acute care expertise. * Manage pain effectively through medication administration and non-pharmacological strategies, ensuring patient comfort and safety. * Coordinate patient care plans that include referrals for specialized services such as pediatrics or home care when necessary. * Document clinical encounters precisely in electronic health record systems like Epic or Jane App, ensuring data collection is accurate for ongoing patient management. * Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication use to promote long-term wellness. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and participate in research initiatives to advance clinical practices. *Experience* * Proven hospital experience with a strong background in acute care settings. * Demonstrated expertise in pain management techniques and medication administration protocols. * Experience providing pediatric care with a focus on family-centered approaches. * Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records (Epic or Jane App), and medical office operations. * Skilled in data collection for clinical research or quality improvement projects. * Prior experience in home care services is highly desirable to support patients outside the clinical setting. * Ability to handle diverse patient populations with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. Also, fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.
