As an experienced practitioner, the resident care coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care, and support and teaching to the resident care team (including residents and residents' families) within a collaborative environment. The routine procedures are generally predetermined but critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent nursing/psychiatric nursing diploma and be registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS). A Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate is also required for this position.
