The Occupational Therapist will use a holistic, client-centered approach to optimize safety, functional ability, and well-being for patients in the Oncology and Medical unit. Responsibilities include performing complex assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective discharge planning. Candidates must hold a current Certificate of Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO). Experience working with individuals suffering from severe and persistent physical or mental illness is required.
