Teach self-care to the client and family members as appropriate to promote independence. Assume on-call responsibilities as assigned. Consult with other care providers and health agencies as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and report client issues to client case coordinator and manager of home care. Human Resources Exemption: No Education • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Other Education and Training • Nursing diploma is acceptable Other Information • Travel required • May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) • For more information on the city of Humboldt please visit https://humboldt.ca/ • Scheduled hours of work may be reduced when a statutory holiday is recognized
