Job summary

The OT/PT functions as an integral member of the interprofessional healthcare team at the JH. They provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and intervention services to patients. Working collaboratively with team members, they apply clinical expertise to maximize patients' functional independence, facilitate recovery, and support safe discharge and community reintegration. 1. Registered with the College of Occupational Therapist of Ontario 2. Graduate of an approved program in Occupational Therapy 3. Excellent time management, problem-solving and team work skills 4. Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Requirements

Candidates must be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and hold a degree from an approved Occupational Therapy program. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are required for this role.
