The Infusion Nurse is responsible for administering specialty medications via IV, injection, or oral routes in a clinical setting while ensuring patient safety. They must also conduct pre-treatment assessments, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and educate patients on their treatment plans. Candidates must be registered as an RN or RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess at least 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to support multiple clinic locations.
