Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physiotherapist located in Vernon, BC. Utilizing a rent based platform with no commission split, offers physiotherapists the opportunity to be truly self employed. Physiotherapist at this clinic will most often provide personalized assessments, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to support clients in rehabilitation and injury prevention. As well bring their own individual treatment skills and style into a collaborative clinic environment to ensure excellent client outcomes. Qualifications Strong skills in manual therapy, dry needling/IMS, and acupuncture Experience in developing exercise plans and performing pre-and post-operative therapy Keen expertise in concussion rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment and develop tailored treatment plans Holds a valid Physiotherapy license in British Columbia, or eligibility to obtain licensure Certification or experience in advanced modalities such as acupuncture or IMS is an asset Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
