Reporting to the Director Kivalliq Health Centre, the Nurse Manager Inpatient Services is responsible for providing leadership, direction and support to the general duty nurses, nursing support staff. The incumbent works with nursing staff to provide professional nursing services in an inpatient setting but with a community approach to all community members, as individuals, families, and groups. What you’ll do

The Nurse Manager provides leadership, direction, and support to general duty nurses and nursing support staff. They ensure the delivery of professional nursing services in an inpatient setting using a community-based approach.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor or Diploma in Nursing with five years of clinical experience in inpatient services and two years of management experience. Candidates must be eligible for registration with CANNN and pass a criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
