The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary health care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment, across two high school-based clinics. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to support student health, wellness, and access to mental health resources. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and be registered in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario. A minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or RN (EC) in a community setting is required.
