Coordinate and support individualized care for patients with inflammatory bowel disease, including assessments, treatment-plan follow-up, patient education, referrals, and escalation of urgent concerns. Administer and monitor biologic therapies, initiate tests within scope and established protocols, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
