We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their physical strength, mobility, and overall well-being. You will work closely with patients of all ages and conditions, tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs and goals. *Responsibilities:* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition and medical history to identify areas of concern and develop personalized treatment plans. * Utilize a variety of techniques, exercises, and interventions to help patients improve mobility, alleviate pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. * Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs to support their progress. * Monitor and track patients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal results. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive and integrated care for patients. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation in accordance with professional standards and company policies. * Stay informed about the latest developments in physiotherapy and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. *Qualifications:* * Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. * Valid and current license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Canada. * Proven experience in providing physiotherapy services, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting. * Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various physiotherapy techniques and modalities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with patients. * Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs. * A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing the highest level of patient care.
