Provides and coordinates nursing care for newborns and their families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit according to established standards. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care while advocating for patient rights and family-centered practices. Requires a degree from an approved School of Nursing and current registration with the BCCNM. Candidates must have at least one year of recent experience in a neonatal tertiary unit and hold current Basic Rescuer and Neonatal Resuscitation certificates.
