The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions within the Hemo Dialysis Unit. They collaborate with an inter-professional team to ensure effective care delivery, patient education, and discharge planning. Candidates must be registered with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives and have at least two years of recent clinical nursing experience. Completion of post-graduate coursework in Nephrology is required, though sponsorship for this education is available for interested applicants.
