The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions in an acute inpatient setting. They collaborate with the interprofessional care team to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care and effective discharge planning. Candidates must have graduated from an approved School of Nursing and hold current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). The role requires strong clinical assessment skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and the physical ability to perform nursing duties.
