They collaborate with the interprofessional care team to ensure comprehensive care delivery and effective discharge planning. Candidates must have graduated from an approved School of Nursing and hold current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BCCNM. Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) is also required.
