They collaborate with an interprofessional team to ensure comprehensive care planning and effective discharge processes. Candidates must have graduated from an approved School of Nursing and hold current practicing registration with the BCCNM. Additionally, current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) is required.
