The Occupational Therapist assesses, plans, and implements treatment programs to restore patient performance while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. They also maintain clinical records, supervise assistants, and provide education to patients and their families. Candidates must have graduated from an approved Occupational Therapy program and hold current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. Eligibility for membership with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists is also required.
