Provides occupational therapy services through assessment, consultation, and interventions to promote functional independence for clients in community settings. Collaborates with families and healthcare professionals to develop care plans, prescribe adaptive equipment, and advocate for client needs. Requires current full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC and eligibility for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. Candidates must have at least two years of recent clinical experience in a community or home health setting and a valid driver's license.
