Collaborates with families and healthcare professionals to develop care plans and advocates for clients with community agencies. Requires current full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC and eligibility for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists. Candidates must have at least two years of recent clinical experience in a community or home health setting and a valid driver's license.
