The LPN Supervisor oversees designated staff, assigns work, and evaluates performance while ensuring appropriate staffing levels in a community health setting. They also assess, plan, and implement nursing care for clients, contributing to interdisciplinary care plans and maintaining clinical standards. Candidates must have graduated from an approved school of Practical Nursing and possess current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the BCCNM. A minimum of two years of recent clinical or supervisory experience and a valid BC driver's license with access to a vehicle are required.
