The LPN Supervisor manages designated staff, coordinates home support services, and evaluates employee performance. They also perform direct nursing care, contribute to client care plans, and ensure adherence to clinical standards. Candidates must have graduated from an approved school of Practical Nursing and hold current registration with the BCCNM. A minimum of two years of recent clinical or supervisory experience in a community health setting is required.
