The Licensed Practical Nurse/Orthopaedic Technician provides comprehensive nursing care and performs specialized orthopaedic procedures such as applying and removing casts and splints. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patients, implement care plans, and maintain a safe clinical environment. Candidates must be graduates of a recognized practical nursing program and hold current registration with the BCCNM. Additionally, a recognized program in Orthopaedic Technology and at least two years of recent related experience are required.
