They are responsible for documenting patient information, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers. Candidates must be graduates of a recognized practical nursing program and hold current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). The role requires the ability to work at full scope of practice, including medication administration and the physical ability to carry out nursing duties.
