The Clinical Nurse Educator develops and delivers educational programs for staff and patients to ensure effective clinical outcomes. They also participate in research, policy development, quality improvement, and risk management activities across the hospital unit. Candidates must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the BCCNM and possess at least three years of recent clinical experience, including one year in education or leadership. A valid BC driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are also required.
