As a valued member of our RN team, you will provide care to residents in accordance with the standards of practice and offer leadership and guidance to the nursing and personal care staff. This position is for our Haliburton Home, located in Haliburton, Ontario. What you’ll be doing Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support. Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work. Provide high-quality care to residents in accordance with practice standards and develop complex care plans with an interdisciplinary team. Lead and supervise nursing and personal care staff to ensure effective service delivery.

Must be a Registered Nurse with current provincial registration and a valid Vulnerable Sector Screening. Experience with seniors and clinical knowledge in gerontology or long-term care is highly valued.
