What you’ll do

Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults, including conducting assessments and creating personalized care plans. Coordinate care through wellness check-ins and caregiver communication to maximize resident independence.

Requirements

Must hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline such as OT or COTA. Requires strong clinical skills and a passion for empowering seniors within a collaborative team environment.
