Occupational Therapist Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our expanding clinical team. In this role, you will provide individualized assessment and therapy services to children and youth with diverse physical, cognitive, and developmental needs. You will work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to create customized treatment plans that help clients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life. What you'll do Assess and treat children and youth working on fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, regulation, and functional goals Support children with autism, developmental delays, ADHD, and other developmental needs Coach parents and caregivers so strategies carry over into everyday routines Collaborate with SLPs, Behaviour Consultants, Psychologists, and other team members on integrated plans Complete assessment reports, treatment plans, progress notes, and other documentation required by FSCD Track client progress and adjust intervention plans as needs change What you'll need Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Registered with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT). Evening availability is required; experience working with children is an asset, and the role welcomes new graduates.
