The Nurse Practitioner provides first-line medical support and symptom assessment for patients via a virtual platform. Responsibilities include diagnosing common and complex conditions, creating personalized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Nursing (Advanced Practice) with a primary care diploma and a valid license in one of the specified Canadian provinces. A minimum of two years of experience and availability for at least 8 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, is required.
