About the Opportunity Dekang Medical Corporation Ltd. operates Dekang Wellness clinics in Mississauga and Burlington, Ontario. We are expanding our physiotherapy services and are seeking a Physiotherapist who is interested in high-quality patient care, collaborative practice, and helping develop a sustainable physiotherapy service. This opportunity is available at either our Burlington or Mississauga clinic. Full-time and part-time schedules are welcome. The initial arrangement is intended as an independent contractor relationship. For the right candidate and mutual fit, we are also open to discussions about clinical leadership, clinic development, and a potential long-term business partnership. Any partnership would be subject to separate due diligence and a written agreement. Responsibilities • Provide safe, ethical and evidence-informed physiotherapy assessment and treatment within the practitioner's authorized scope. • Maintain accurate documentation, informed consent, privacy and billing practices. • Collaborate appropriately with regulated health professionals while maintaining independent professional judgment. • Help develop physiotherapy scheduling, patient flow, quality processes and service growth. • For a suitable candidate, participate in clinic operations, team development and long-term partnership discussions. Qualifications • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, or able to complete applicable Ontario authorization requirements before beginning patient care. • Professional liability insurance meeting current regulatory requirements. • Commitment to ethical practice, documentation, privacy and professional accountability. • Strong communication and interest in multidisciplinary care. • Leadership, clinic development or business experience is an asset, not a mandatory clinical qualification.
