The Registered Practical Nurse provides resident care, including medication administration, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team under the direction of a Registered Nurse. They are responsible for applying the Fixing Long-Term Care Homes Act, providing leadership to the neighbourhood team, and ensuring resident safety and rights are respected.
