How You’ll Make An Impact Assist Orthodontist with all stages of orthodontic procedures such as direct bond bracket procedures, arch wire and appliance adjustments, and aligner appointments Providing all aspects of clinical patient care in a professional, efficient, and caring manner Sterilization procedures, setting up the operatories, taking x-rays, photos, and intraoral scans Building positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule Enter detailed chart/record notations in the practice management system Provide patient instruction/education Provide reports to parents/guardians Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice The Teammate We’re Looking For Must hold current licensing/registration required to practice as a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) (formerly referred to as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in British Columbia).
