Connective is a Canadian nonprofit organization working to create safe, healthy, and inclusive communities for all. For the past several decades, we have had the opportunity to work on complex social challenges in communities across BC and the Yukon. The Health Care Aide provides direct assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, and medication management. They also perform housekeeping tasks, provide companionship, and maintain accurate records of resident care and support needs.

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides clinical care, administers medications, and implements care plans to support the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients. They also monitor vital signs, document health information, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
