The Licensed Practical Nurse provides clinical care, administers medications, and implements care plans to support the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients. They also monitor vital signs, document health information, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

The Health Care Aide assists residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, and meal service. They also perform delegated tasks, maintain resident records, and provide companionship to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.

This role provides core mental health and addictions services, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for residents. The nurse will implement psychosocial programs, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.
