Additionally, they will lead programs to promote physical and mental well-being and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the employee experience. Candidates must hold a Master's in Nursing degree and a valid Nurse Practitioner certificate, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an RN or NP and current registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick are required.
