We are currently seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team on a casual basis, supporting clients in their own home. With flexible scheduling options, we prioritize work-life balance while helping our clients maintain a high quality of life in the comfort of their homes. Areas where we are looking for casual Health Care Workers: Vancouver and Richmond, BC Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour As a casual Health Care Worker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Providing assistance with personal care and medications. * Conducting light meal preparation and homemaking services. * Offering companionship and emotional support. * Assisting with medical escort services * Assisting with medication management Competencies and Qualifications: * Experience working with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities. * Willingness to work both short and long shifts. * Possession of a Health Care Aide certificate and BC registry number is an asset. * Reliability, punctuality, and a positive and friendly attitude. * Willingness to commute to designated locations. * A clear criminal record check with a vulnerable sector clearance. * Possession of a driver's license with your own vehicle an asset.
