Autonomously diagnose, prescribe pharmaceuticals, and perform medical procedures for residents in long-term care homes. Deliver comprehensive primary health care including acute and chronic condition management and health promotion. Must be a Registered Nurse in the Extended Class (NP) registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Requires experience in long-term care or acute care and certification in Geriatric Nursing or equivalent experience.
