Position Details Position Status: Temporary Full Time Term Ends: September 20, 2026 Location: Dr. Vernon Fanning Centre, Occupational Therapy LTC BW Hours: 77.50 FTE: 1.00 Shift: Days Shift Times: 0700-1515 Union: HSAA Rate of Pay: $38.90 - $51.80 PCN: 261EOT001 Date Competition Closes: April 01, 2026 The Opportunity Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing client care through focused assessment, treatment and discharge planning on our rehabilitation and recovery units, and contributing to our resident's quality of life through provisions of appropriate interventions to maximize safe, functional independence on our continuing care units. Other duties may include providing clinical supervision to support staff and students. Responsible for other related duties as required. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduation from a recognized Masters or Degree program in Occupational Therapy Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT). - Eligible for membership in CAOT. - AADL Authorizer is an asset. - Experience using occupational therapy in a clinical and/or continuing care setting an asset. New grad/provisional occupational therapists welcome. \n \n

Requirements
Candidates must have graduated from a recognized Masters or Degree program in Occupational Therapy and must have registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT). Experience in a clinical or continuing care setting and eligibility for CAOT membership are assets, and new graduates are welcome.
