You will guide families through the cord blood donation journey, including consent, eligibility screening, and collection. Additionally, you will maintain operational excellence, coordinate staffing, and build partnerships with hospital teams to ensure high-quality donation outcomes.

The Registered Nurse will perform blood and blood component collections while ensuring donor safety and adherence to strict protocols. They will also act as a team lead to provide coaching to staff and ensure accurate documentation across multiple systems.

Perform venipuncture and provide post-donation care to ensure a safe and positive donor experience. Manage registration, confidential screening, and precise record-keeping across multiple systems for blood collection and shipment.

The RN Trainer will support all Supply Chain training activities within the Region, ensuring compliance with regulations and good manufacturing practices. Responsibilities include coordinating training requirements, conducting reviews, and assisting with new projects.
