Position Overview Collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team at CFB Shilo, this role offers an Occupational Therapist the opportunity to have a direct impact on the health and wellbeing of today’s Canadian Armed Forces service members. Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to work exclusively with military service members. Your responsibilities will include: Evaluating and providing treatments for individuals with a wide range of injuries; utilizing education, therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and ergonomic modifications; and collaborating in the prescription of supportive and protective devices. Qualifications Licensed with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM) 1 year of experience working with mental health, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, pre and post-surgical conditions, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and/or amputations Additional Requirements You will be required to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level # AI Usage Disclosure At Calian, we do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to screen or evaluate candidates. Requirements

Applicants must be licensed with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba and have at least one year of experience in one or more of the listed clinical areas. A Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level is also required.
