Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Schedule: Tuesday to Friday; 8am to 4pm; with the possibility of having Monday shifts depending on operational needs Location: Waterloo/Kitchener, ON Who We Are C-Care is a healthcare staffing agency with over 20 years of experience in providing high quality care services to homes and healthcare facilities. We are currently looking for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to work with our client, a pain management clinic, located in Waterloo/Kitchener, ON on a full-time basis. Scope and Responsibilities * Provide nursing care to patients by demonstrating clinical competency, including but not limited to, conducting physical assessments, medication reconciliation, and monitoring patient condition * Documenting clinical assessments and treatments accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with CNO and clinic standards * Perform procedure set up, equipment disinfection, procedure room after care, maintaining adequate supplies for the clinic * Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members * Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and that the highest level of patient care and services is provided to all patients * Assist with documentation and other administrative duties within the clinic as needed Minimum Qualifications * Active and current RPN license with CNO * At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred * Valid BLS Certificate * We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
