Job Role: Specialized IT Consultant – Senior (Healthcare experience) Location : Toronto, ON/Remote Position Type : Contract Role Start Date 2026-10-19 End Date 2027-03-31 Remote but subject to change at manager's discretion Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 90-95/Hr (Depending upon the experience) Must Have: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in mapping and implementing clinical terminologies such as SNOMED CT and LOINC Extensive knowledge and understanding of digital exchange standards such as FHIR, clinical terminologies (e.g., SNOMED-CT, LOINC) Extensive knowledge and understanding of pan-Canadian digital exchange standards and tooling Hands-on experience implementing terminology solutions Healthcare experience within Canada in acute care, primary care and/or community care settings.
