They are also responsible for supervising care staff and maintaining accurate clinical documentation within an electronic health record system. Candidates must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the BCCNM and possess current First Aid and CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in geriatric, palliative, or complex care is preferred along with strong clinical assessment skills.
