The LPN provides compassionate, person-centered nursing care, including medication administration and the implementation of individualized care plans. They monitor resident health status and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of life during overnight shifts. Candidates must be graduates of a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing Program and hold current registration in good standing with the BCCNM. Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred.
