Our health, housing and food programs support our most vulnerable neighbours, tackling tough health and social issues head-on, and our preventative, cost-effective programs save millions in taxpayer dollars by moving people from poverty to stability and from crisis to wellness.

The Registered Nurse provides medical interventions, assessments, and crisis support to individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and severe mental health or substance use disorders. They work as part of an Assertive Community Treatment team to ensure health and housing stability through outreach and integrated care.
