Airmed offers modern treatment spaces, shared infrastructure, and a supportive professional community that enables both autonomy and collaboration. Clients benefit from practitioners who are invested in their work and from coordinated care across disciplines. Formerly Airmed Massage Therapy, the clinic has grown into a collaborative healthcare hub and continues to expand its team of practitioners. The Physiotherapist will assess client conditions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-informed physiotherapy interventions to support recovery, pain management, and functional improvement. The Physiotherapist will build and manage their own caseload, foster strong client relationships, and participate in collaborative case discussions to support integrated, high-quality care. Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Ontario (in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario). Demonstrated skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise prescription. Experience with client education, rehabilitation planning, and outcome-focused treatment approaches. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. Comfort with building and managing an independent caseload, including scheduling and treatment planning. Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and high standards of client care.
